Referral marketing disclosure
How an introduction from this guide can be paid.
This is an independent referral guide. It connects homeowners with independent providers and may receive compensation. It is not a licensed contractor and it does not do the work.
Ramona Roof Guide recommends that homeowners compare independent providers. The operator may receive compensation if you and a provider connect through this site.
What compensation can mean
Compensation can be a fee for a qualified introduction or another written arrangement with a provider. This website does not add its own line item to your construction contract. A provider's price is that provider's price. Ask the provider what is included before you sign.
What this site does not claim
This site does not say that providers have been screened, and it does not say they are licensed or insured. It does not publish reviews, ratings, a founding year, or a promise that any company will answer in a set time. You should check a license on the Contractors State License Board website and judge the written scope yourself.
Your consent
Looking through the guide is free and does not require you to hire anyone. If you later submit a request and check the consent box, you allow the operator to contact you and to share the details you submitted with an independent provider. Consent is not a condition of using the guide. You may refuse an introduction.
No exclusive lock on this draft
This draft is not an offer to lease the website, and it does not name a partner contractor. A provider relationship, if one is made later, has to be agreed in writing and has to match what the site says at that time.
